Return Policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Refunds are only available for sealed, new, unused items in their original packaging. To request a return, please email support@armorapro.com within 7 days of the delivery date, including your request for a refund. After receiving the returns label, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.
- Full Refund: For unused and unopened products. (Shipping fees will be deducted from refund amount)
- Partial Refund/Store Credit: For opened products, at the discretion of our quality assurance team. (Shipping fees will be deducted from refund amount)
- No Refund/Credit: For damaged/unusable products or returns shipped later than 7 days after receiving your returns label.
Important Notes:
- Returns with missing RMA numbers cannot be processed.
- The original free shipping promotion will be canceled, and shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
- The product should be in the same condition as when it was received.
- The product must be in its original containers with labels intact and protective stickers.
- The product must be purchased directly from our website.
Partial Refund Conditions: If the item box, box sleeve, or item manual is torn, marked, or missing, a partial refund may be issued.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Contact Us: Email us at support@armorapro.com to get your Return Material approval(RMA)number with your order number and reason for return. If possible, attach clear photos and videos of any damage or issues with the product.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. along with RMA number. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be asked to provide additional information or documentation.
- Return with Shipping: Send the product to the address provided at your own expense. Make sure the product is carefully packaged to avoid damage during transport. We kindly ask that you provide us with the return tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages during transit.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect its condition and reason for return. We will process your refund accordingly. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Repack the Item: Return the item in its original condition, including the box, box sleeve, manual, and cable
- Photographs: Take photos of the item’s condition and packaging before shipping for reference.
- Proof of Postage: Keep the tracking number and shipping invoice as proof of return.
Returns Address: Full address will be provided with your RMA approval.
CAN YOU CANCEL AN ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY?
If you need to cancel your order, contact our Support Team at support@armorapro.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation. If the order is already processed, you’ll need to follow our standard return process.
Failed Delivery: If the order is returned due to failed delivery, wrong address, or refusal, a $40 fee will be deducted.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the return. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
Important: Shipping fees and duty fees are non-refundable.
